At HOK Collection, every product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since our products are spiritual and sacred items, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.
All purchases made on HOK Collection are considered final, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for:
- Size issues
- Quality concerns
- Personal preferences
- Change of mind
Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:
• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product
To request an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened. Customers must submit the replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any exchange request, you must provide:
• A continuous, unedited video of opening the package
• The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening
• The issue (damage or wrong product) must be visible in the video
Without an unboxing video, we will unfortunately not be able to process any exchange requests.
All requests will be reviewed by our team and the final decision regarding approval will rest solely with the HOK Collection team.
Exchange Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement:
• The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
• The product must include all original inserts and packaging.
• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Return Shipping for Approved Exchange
If your exchange request is approved:
• In locations where return pickup is available, our courier partner will arrange the pickup.
• In case return pickup is not available for your pincode, the customer will need to ship the product back to us using a courier service.
The exchange or store credit will be issued only after the returned product is delivered to us and successfully inspected by our team.
Incorrect Product Sent to Us
We are not responsible for any items incorrectly returned to us.
If a customer sends the wrong product to our return address:
• We will not be liable for returning that item to the sender.
• No refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct product is sent back when initiating a exchange request.
Exchange Approval Process
Once we receive your request:
- Our team will review the unboxing video and product details
- If the request is approved, we will issue an exchange of the same product or store credit coupon (if product is unavaliable).
- The coupon will be sent to your registered email address.
This coupon can be used for future purchases on our website.
Store Credit Terms
• Store credit cannot be converted into cash
• Store credit is valid only for purchases on our website
• Store credit will be issued only after the returned product reaches our facility and passes inspection.
Important Note
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
HOK Collection reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the any of the above conditions.
